Jimmy Lloyd Jameson was born July 28, 1936 at Newton, Kansas to Lloyd M. and Pearl Irene Getz Jameson and passed away February 10, 2017 at the age of 80.
Jim was a resident of the Watonga community his entire life. He graduated from Watonga High School and worked for many years for B&W Ready Mix as a truck driver until his retirement. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Watonga.
He was formerly married to Christine Daniels in 1957 and together they shared three children. In 2002 he married Dorothy Wray at the First Christian Church in Watonga.
He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife; Christine and two step-sons.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy of the home in Watonga. Three sons: Danny Lloyd Jameson and wife Amy of Yukon, OK., Braden Beal of Watonga, OK., Denver Speers of Watonga. Three daughters: Connie Wise and husband Richard of Yukon, OK. Tina Moyer and husband Steve of Okc, OK., Shyann Spears of Watonga. One step daughter: Diana Washa of Watonga, OK. Two step sons: Doug Beal of Kingfisher, OK., Sam Beal of Watonga, OK., One brother: Bill Jameson. Ten grandchildren: Brandi Wise, Mindi Parsons and spouse Chad, Cindi Thompson Wise and spouse Karin, Wesley Lloyd Jameson and spouse Amy, Wind Mollohan and spouse Mike, Debi Heil and spouse Jay, Amanda Equigua and spouse Vincent, Colton Jameson, Ian Washa and Kyle Beal. 17 great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Jim Jameson were held, Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Watonga with Rev. David Johnson officiating. Burial followed at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Watonga. Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga. www.wilkinsonmortuary.com
