Anita Luean Wellnitz was born December 4, 1973 to Gerald Vernon and Rosie (Hall) Allen in Tonkawa, OK. She passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 43. Luean is survived by her husband, Terry Wellnitz of the home, Watonga, OK; children, Billy Horstman and his wife Teresa of Enid, OK, Johnny Horstman and his wife Amber and Terry Horstman and his wife Veronica all of Watonga, OK, and thirteen grandchildren. Services: Oasis Church, Sunday, 2:00 pm, August 6, 2017, Watonga, OK. Officiating: Rev. Zachary Brack.
