William J. Beardsley was born November 13, 1955 at Clinton, Kentucky to Bill and Jackie Beardsley and passed away April 8, 2016 at the age of 60. He was a resident of the Watonga community for 23 years where he was a drilling consultant. He graduated from Carlisle County High School. On May 12, 1978 he married Jodine Bearshield at Watonga, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; John Duck and Lily Beardsley, Jack and Jesse Meshew, parents; Bill Beardsley and Jackie Roberts; sister, Kathy Ferguson and grandson Asa Beardsley. Bill is survived by his wife Jodine Beardsley of the home in Watonga, OK.,two daughters : Jlyn Beardsley Smith and husband Shawn of Watonga, OK and Nicole Beardsley of Watonga, OK. and nine grandchildren: Jaryn and Jackson Lehman, Haleigh and Hunter “Billie Jo” Smith, Javis Beardsley, Dalton Birdshead, Tatum Robinson, Nicolas Beardsley and Haizlyn Hicks as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services for William “Bill” Beardsley will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 at1:00 P.M. at the Oasis Church in Watonga with Rev. Zac Brack officiating. Burial will take place on the Beardsley property. Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga in charge of arrangements.
